After thirty plus years of owning and managing Classic Interiors, my passion for the business is not diminished. I am extremely fortunate to call Howard County home, both personally and professionally. Furthermore, I have come to call many of my wonderful clients friends. My staff is exceptional in their talent and their dedication to Classic Interiors. I encourage anyone interested in upgrading or creating new livable, lovable spaces to contact one of them. You will not find a better value, both in personal attention and quality of products, than here at Classic Interiors.

My belief is that your home should reflect your personal style.  I like to work with clients to discern their needs and tastes, resulting in designs that are not only beautiful, but functional and comfortable. I have had multiple and varied design experience, including showhouses and residential work in Maryland, Florida and Michigan.  I am a graduate of Oakland University with degrees in both Fine Arts and Psychology.  My design expertise is Traditional and Transitional. I would love to work with you on your next project.

My design degree from Michigan State University was very classical in nature, focusing on the architectural elements of form and function. From that I developed a strong belief that if something doesn’t work then, no matter how attractive it may be, it will disappoint. My design forte is country French and English and the exciting and fun mixture of Eclectic. Eclectic is the most sought after style as it allows a client to use old family keepsakes mixed with contemporary furnishings and sharp, new paint colors. It’s an art and requires careful placement but when done right can create a true statement of the individuals personality. I look forward to meeting you.

I have both a Business and Marketing Degree and hold a Certificate in Interior Design and Architecture from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Also, as an Allied Member of ASID, I have enjoyed more than 25 years in the design industry. My style is understated elegance, imcorporating elements of simplicity, harmony, and balance.  Whether I am influenced by transitional, traditional, or modern décor, I strive to create an inviting and unique space for my clients by unifying fabrics, passementeries, and accessories with an unexpected twist. This approach is distinctly demonstrated in my extensive portfolio which spans a variety of residential and commercial projects.
